I am a Partner in the Appeals & Legal Issues practice at Tucker Ellis LLP in Cleveland, OH, where I joined following my clerkship. While I regularly handle appeals in both state and federal courts, the majority of my practice involves class-action litigation across the country. In my free time - what little I have with a 3-year old and a 6-month old (as of March 2024) - I enjoy endurance sports. I ran my first marathon in Cleveland while still clerking for Judge Cook and have since run more than a dozen more, along with three full Ironman triathlons (and many smaller races along the way). I've recently come to enjoy incorporating extra "resistance training" in my runs pushing our 3-year old in the running stroller, and will be expanding to the double-stroller in Summer 2024 as our daughter joins in the fun.
